Didn't really care for any of the process here. I tried to get answers to certain things and I left with more questions. It's obviously a big change if you're at this place but not once did I feel reinsured or comfortable about anything and it sucks because at one of my appointments there was someone before me and they took plenty of time with them to answer questions and concerns so much so that I was waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time and I was only in there a total of 10 minutes talking to them.
