I got sent here from the emergency dentist today. I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. The young lady i saw was absolutely fabulous. She could see I was frightened and talked me through every step of the way. I needed an extraction and it took a while to persuade me but she also gave me other options and didn't push me into it. It was a pleasure being to the practice today as I felt everyone was kind and caring. Mentioning from the start when the 2 receptionist Heather and Faye who very kindly explained everything. Next I was seen by the dentist Holly and the nurse Chloe. I can't thank them enough for all their care towards me making sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again and don't forget the great impact you have on people and how you can make the difference.
I have always had a fear of visits to the Dentist. However, since being a patient at Standish Dental Practice I can honestly say my fear is diminishing with each visit. The practice is very clean and has a welcoming feel. The staff are professional and also very friendly and helpful. The treatment and advice from Mrs Nicolette Wilson has been excellent. I would highly recommend.
