Great practice with great people.
Rude. Seen Holly before and thought she was ok, however this time she was rude. Unsympathetic and couldn’t wait to get me out of the office. If you have a few questions about your dental health/ condition she won’t like it. If you try to exuberate any kind of confidence re: your own well being, she just sees you as a challenging patient. I got sent here from the emergency dentist today. I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. The young lady i saw was absolutely fabulous. She could see I was frightened and talked me through every step of the way. I needed an extraction and it took a while to persuade me but she also gave me other options and didn't push me into it. It was a pleasure being to the practice today as I felt everyone was kind and caring. Mentioning from the start when the 2 receptionist Heather and Faye who very kindly explained everything. Next I was seen by the dentist Holly and the nurse Chloe. I can't thank them enough for all their care towards me making sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again and don't forget the great impact you have on people and how you can make the difference.
