EXTREMELY unprofessional! I drove 2.5 hours to come to the appointment I made months ago. I am also a returning client. When I called, the woman at the front desk informed me to come to the Hixson location for my 1:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, they informed me that I was an hour early even though my appointment was made for 1:00. They said it was on Central Time yet Hixson is on the Eastern time zone. Every visit (checkups, etc. with TWO children over the years) was pleasant. The atmosphere at Dr. Standifer's office is professional yet upbeat, relaxed, friendly-I could go on. Dr. Standifer is thorough and efficient. He takes time with each patient and family. You always know what to expect. His staff is WONDERFUL!!! It seems to be a great place to work. But more important they are so good at what they do. Never are there any prolonged waits. The facility itself is cheerful and inviting.

Dr. Standifer is such a kind and knowledgeable orthodontist. The whole office always greets you with such warmth and kindness. I'd recommend them to anyone and couldn’t imagine taking my son anywhere else. 😊
