EXTREMELY unprofessional! I drove 2.5 hours to come to the appointment I made months ago. I am also a returning client. When I called, the woman at the front desk informed me to come to the Hixson location for my 1:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, they informed me that I was an hour early even though my appointment was made for 1:00. They said it was on Central Time yet Hixson is on the Eastern time zone.
