We rented a pontoon from this company recently. Unfortunately we had a bad experience. When we rented the boat we asked if they could provide a map. They told us there were no maps available. There was also no radio on the boat for communicating in emergency situations. (I don't know whether this is typical, but I was surprised). A staff member was at the dock to assist with launching.
