Fantastic company. Helped us out when boiler had packed up in cold winter. Engineer came out and was very well equipped and knowledgeable. Happy to chat and got us all sorted out despite it being a bit of a tricky one

Amazing service had a lot of issues with our boiler since moving 2 years ago. We booked for a full oil boiler service on a recommendation and Jo and James were great. All booked in with no issues and James contacted us on the day. As it turned out we had lost hot water due to the element going in the immersion heater. James was amazing, he managed to check and confirm the issue so he could order parts but also stayed with us well into the evening to reroute a few things and get the water to heat off the oil boiler which was ... read more
