The staff were upfront and honest about the worst-case scenario for pricing, which I really appreciated—no vague estimates or hidden surprises. My wife hit the side of her car, backing out of the garage. I took my car to Brandywine Coach Works in December for an estimate. They set up an appointment for repair 4 weeks later at the end of January and it would require me to leave my car with them for 3 weeks of repair and to get a rental car.
