This company screwed me big. First they appraised my apartment lower than market price I was okay with that but then secondly they made lowest rental comps that screwed all my loan process. Where would you find 700$ 1 bedroom garden apartment? where would you find 1400$ for 3 bed 1 bath both apartment remodeled floor to ceiling, brand new appliances even have laundry each floor.
