Had a really great experience with the appraisal. The team took a lot of unique issues into account, and presented a detailed breakdown of their assumptions, methodology, and final assessment. Team was also really friendly and provided comprehensive, detailed requests without a lot of back and forth. Would work with them on future valuations. Gayle, Kate, and Mitch were a delight.
This company screwed me big. First they appraised my apartment lower than market price I was okay with that but then secondly they made lowest rental comps that screwed all my loan process. Where would you find 700$ 1 bedroom garden apartment? where would you find 1400$ for 3 bed 1 bath both apartment remodeled floor to ceiling, brand new appliances even have laundry each floor. I dont understand where he got those comps maybe towns 50 miles away from chicago not around Ohare. Im really disappointed with their service specia... read more
