The driver of truck 836 threatened to “beat me up” when I advised him of the power outage to a hospice facility. His junior employee seemed extremely concerned - he had no idea that the address had elderly patients on ventilators. The supervisor in truck 836 said his junior employee was a liar, that he was tired from driving all the way from Duncanville to Dallas, didn’t need to “prove anything to anyone” and threatened to beat me up.
