Stranded I should have taken the reviews of the parent store in Portland as a warning. I purchased a new washer and dryer from the Bend location. Sales went okay except for the salesman selling me an set of hoses when the washer actually comes with a new set. My washer stops six months later, so I call their service dept. for a person to come out. Service tech. makes a diagnosis which I question him on, and when I do he changes his diagnosis and says he will have to order a part. It has been two weeks since he has been out, ... read more
Great Customer Service In the past have purchased a large screen tv, DVD player, washer and dryer. When the washer went on the fritz after only 9 months, and the cost to repair more then then cost of the washer,Kelly got us a new washer. They didn't carry the same model we had originally purchased, so they gave us a model up. Kelly saw to it that it was delivered and installed in one week. Kelly was super customer centric. THANK YOU Kelly. We will continue to purchase our appliances from Standard.
Professional and Reliable I bought a rather large refrigerator - great salesman and I was very pleased with the delivery and setup. They have a nice showroom and will accomodate your every need.
Big Store with lots of selection This store has one of the largest selections of tvs and appliances in town. We purchased our washer and dryer and bose sound system from them. When we did they were having their grand opening so they gave us a good deal on credit- 0% for 12 months. The prices were good, but I don't know if they were the best since we didn't shop around much. there weren't any other stores in town at that time that gave you 0% for 12 months on appliances so that is the reason we purchased them from Standard.
Big new store This store is really busy and has lots of product . We have beenthere several times but have always found a better buy somewhere else. We needed a new side by side refridgerator..Sears beat their best price. Same with the big screen tv. However it was a nice shopping experience and we had a nice fellow helping us.
Good quality good deals We worked with Richard Brinkman in the Builders Dept when we were selecting appliances for the home we were building. We felt no pressure as we selected our appliances just a desire on Richard's part to provide the features we wanted in appliances. We found them to have good quality appliances at fair cost. When the dishwasher we had selected was not delilvered to their store in time for installation we were given the next upgrade in dishwasher at no cost to us.
