Stranded I should have taken the reviews of the parent store in Portland as a warning. I purchased a new washer and dryer from the Bend location. Sales went okay except for the salesman selling me an set of hoses when the washer actually comes with a new set. My washer stops six months later, so I call their service dept. for a person to come out. Service tech. makes a diagnosis which I question him on, and when I do he changes his diagnosis and says he will have to order a part. It has been two weeks since he has been out, ... read more

Great Customer Service In the past have purchased a large screen tv, DVD player, washer and dryer. When the washer went on the fritz after only 9 months, and the cost to repair more then then cost of the washer,Kelly got us a new washer. They didn't carry the same model we had originally purchased, so they gave us a model up. Kelly saw to it that it was delivered and installed in one week. Kelly was super customer centric. THANK YOU Kelly. We will continue to purchase our appliances from Standard.

Their have a �??No Standard�?? return policy. Be careful! Their return policy is very different than other stores; the worst part is that they don??t tell you before make purchase. Here is the policy on their receipt ??Special order items are subject to a non-refundable deposit, returns are subject to a re-stocking fee, merchandise has been installed is not returnable??. They don??t have ??Standard?? on the return policy, so they can do anything they want when you want return your item. They can ask you to pay restocking fee... read more

they know their products... I??ve recently purchased a Sony 46? LED TV from Standard TV and Appliance. I found the salespeople very knowledgeable and approachable. Jason and Matt took their time to explain every function and the pros and cons of the different types of TVs to both my husband and I. Their insight was essential in helping us decide which TV to purchase. Great shopping experience.

Standard TV & Appliance We walked in one day before they actually opened and they let us continue shopping. They were planning for a big sale and advised us as to when to actually order appliances. They have a clearance area downstairs which is a great place to go to save.

Professional and Reliable I bought a rather large refrigerator - great salesman and I was very pleased with the delivery and setup. They have a nice showroom and will accomodate your every need.
