Melissa & Vinnie are great. Melissa walked us through the many options and helped us pick out a great new look for our bathroom. Fast delivery, priced well and just easy to work with!
We went to the showroom and had a positive experience, the workers were friendly and were not pressuring to buy. The salesperson helped pick out tile and we gave the dimensions and calculations prepared by our contractor. We trusted her as the professional to take whatever information she needed from that document, or call the contractor if there was any questions. When the tiles were picked up the contractor said we had 16 boxes of tile - 8 more than needed. I would understand 1 or 2 boxes of tile but not DOUBLE. The store ... read more

Efficient,knowledgeable and good service and advice for special order
I walked around the store with my wife for more than 15 minutes. We were the only persons in the store. Three employees sat at their desks and not a single person bothered to offer any assistance. Very poor customer service.
