Upon arrival I was greeted at the door by a sales representative and his name was Allen. He seemed very uptight and cranky and certainly rude. I asked him if he could read the numbers on my phone as he misdialed the number I gave him. He snapped back very rude and loud that he was listening to me. What a very unprofessional attitude.
