I've recently had my security alarm installed by Standard Security System. I was vey pleased with their work and friendliness in the field and on the telephone. They went over the system in person and by phone explaining and answering all questions.
Recently had a security system installed by Standard Security Systems. We were especially pleased with the friendliness and commitment of the staff at all levels. The installation was done in a timely manner. All questions were answered including some follow up questions several days after the initial installation. Felt we got a Very Good value at a reasonable price, as well as peace of mind
We contacted your company as we had 10 years of good experiences at our former home. The sales person came to our new townhome to review the layout of the home and provide us with a cost. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and arrived on time. Subsequently, an appointment was made for the installation. Again the installer was on time and provided good service answering any questions we had.
This company has been a huge help for me! This being my first home, I am new to a lot of things, one being home security systems. I called the number once I moved in and within a couple of days, they came out to do the pre-installation review. After that, a technician was scheduled to come out and inspect the system and make sure that everything was in complete functioning order. sales rep showed up on time, polite, knowleable. Installing technician showed up on time, was polite, on time and expertly removed old system and installed new equipment, explained its use and who to call with questions or concerns. Customer service is genuine, in a day when I find companies stress customer service, but many times do not deliver or take car of their long time customers. would recommend standard security to family and friends.

I have been with SSS for about a month and have been very satisfied w/customer service so far. They are readily available for any inquiries and problems. Installation was done very efficiently with the installer and salsesman working together to confirm efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed system before its installation.
