Chuck, Greg and Andre installed our system recently. They were very professional and walked me though how to use the system as well as the app. They were all very pleasant to work with. Our salesman Marty was great as well, he ensured that all of our needs would be met. I am very happy that we went with Standard Security.
I was a Standard oil & security customer. We were moving out of our home and wanted to transfer services to our new home if the $800 early termination fee was waived. They only offered to decrease the early termination fee by 20% if we started a new contract at our new house. In essence, I would have to pay $640 to cancel a contract and then start a new one... No thank you.

We decided to get Standard Security Systems for the main purpose of having a camera outside our house, viewing our yard & driveway. The salesman told us it was no problem, and after adding a few other things we signed the contract. About a month later the installer came out, took one look at our brick house and said no we cannot install an outdoor camera on a brick house. So that's how it started. I had a problem with my alarm and requested Rob to come out but heard he quit. I was quite upset since he was the best service tech I ever had and referred this company to many friends. I ended up getting another tech that took so long to fix I thought he was going to stay for dinner. Not to mention I have to call again because it’s acting the same. Where’s Rob Jesus. I don’t think I can refer this place again.
