Last week I spoke with a gentleman named Chester when there was an issue with my expected payment. Kudos to Chester who provided the information that I needed in a calm, concise and pleasant manner.
As a policyholder, I have faced a shocking denial of my Paid Family Leave claim, despite being fully compliant with all state and federal laws requiring such coverage. What’s worse, this denial contradicts both the agreement and legal mandates. In October I got injured pretty badly and had to take leave due to a really badly sprained ankle. When I first applied to receive the short term disability it was an immediate quick response. There was no wait. The process was very smooth and quick Jesse Assisted me every step of the way even when things got difficult on my end with my workplace. Thank you so so much for all the help!
