They came and gave estimate when they said they would. Gave written scope of work and costs. Came and repaired when they said they would! Kept me informed the whole time via text, calls and emails. Seems very rare nowadays.
EXCELLENT professional workmanship. Quality materials. Great, quick, clean job. Did not receive an after job roof inspection, however, and billing/communication were slow.
Standard Roofing fixed design issues originating from new construction in a problematic roof and chimney area. Anytime you go to market to obtain quotes for a one time home repair you are skeptical about what is quoted versus what will be the quality of work and the final actual cost. Standard honored their quote and the quality/execution didn’t cut corners and looks today like there was never an issue. They will have an opportunity to perform future work as the house ages further
