My house was struck by lightning early morning June 1. I was contacted by a company by 7 am and they recommended Dave Taylor with standard restoration. Dave has been helpful from the get go. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions even after hours. Dave goes well above the norm. I feel that he is at a severe disadvantage with the subcontractors though. Dave Taylor has been an absolute delight to work with. He came in and has held our hands through a process unfamiliar to us and made us feel very well represented. He’s answered every question we’ve had knowledgeably and has had our back in every manner. He’s been especially great with helping us with subs and insurance adjusters and we couldn’t recommend him enough!

I would like to thank standard restoration, & Dave Taylor for everything he has done to get my home put back together after a fire destroyed it. Even though there were a few things damaged during the demolition, and a couple of other small issues, they did a great job. Mr. Taylor would always correct any issue in a timely manor. I can safely say if your house ever catches on fire, call Standard restoration and ask for them to send Mr. Taylor to your home you won’t be sorry!

I want to thank Dave Taylor and standard Restoration for such a quick response to my call for help after my house fire. He walked me through it every step of the way. He even helped me file my claim with insurance. He is super knowledgeable and he was very empirhetic in our time of need. I highly recommend Dave and Standard Restoration!!

Dave shows up. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, Dave will be there. He answers his phone, and he makes it happen. I did not know what to expect after a kitchen fire and Dave spoke open, honest, and with confident knowledge about the whole process. I appreciate the prompt attention and the information presented.
