Drew was fantastic and helped get our rental property fixed up!
Drew was extremely responsive and professional. We had a leak coming from upstairs and the plumbers lacked the right instrumentation to pinpoint the source. Drew was onsite within the hour and with expertise quickly used the right diagnostic tools to find the spot behind a wall. He was absolutely right and prevented us from having to resort to making multiple trial and error cuts. Thank you!
I am a property manager and had a toilet water pipe burst in the crawl space. Drew McCullar was assigned as the project Manager for this case and has been nothing but OUTSTANDING! Great communication and the resident said the process, for them, went so smooth. 5 stars for making this a great experience during a not so fun time!
Don't risk it. They are nice people but they don't know what they're doing. They claimed the stone floor was beyond repair and said we'd have to rip out a hall and full bedroom of hardwood. They estimated $8500 for demo alone! Luckily we got a second opinion, then a 3rd to be sure. The other companies were shocked these guys never went in the crawl space and didn't try to save the wood by using a heat mat (standard procedure).
