Stopped in on a Saturday 11/16 to swap out a C25 cylinder. Not my usual supplier but they were open on Saturday. I was surprised when the clerk said she did not have my common cylinder ready to go but would fill mine. She took my tank out back for several minutes then came back and charged me about 45% more than I've ever paid for a tank refill but the kicker is that when I got home and hooked up my regulator the tank was dead empty! I swapped out a n oxygen tank that was recertified two years ago. I just went to get it refilled and was told that I need to get the tank they gave me recertified again as it expired four years ago. I should have three years left on the tank that was mine. they gave me an expired tank. Just lost all my business from now on. My propane tanks will go to tractor supply for my torch and grill.
I would never go in the store, too much RED. Bring my business elsewhere, it's a shame because this place is close to home. I can't support a business that displays these flags.
Is great friendly staff. Can't beat the pricing. Filled my tank right while I waited. Anyone I'm a surrounding area.I recommend going.
I've been going here for years. Paid the lady inside for a propane tank refill. She said she'd send a guy out to fill it. I stood outside waiting for a good amount of time. I went back inside and she asked me if he still hadn't filled it. Then she called outside for him to do it. He ignored her and started hosing off a wood chipper even though he knew I was standing there waiting.
