There is always room for improvement but really they have always had excellent customer service. An amazing website that's very easy to navigate. The products are far beyond amazing in terms of quality and doing what they say they'll do. Overall I am very happy personally with how my life has improved with the supplements.
I have found good success using these products. But their customer service really needs to be reevaluated. I placed two orders within 5 minutes of each other because I forgot one of the products in my first order. I emailed them asking them to combine the orders to save me the $10 shipping on the second item. They responded with a copy and paste "Do apologize, unable to combine submitted orders."
