I called Alex for a quote and they were out very quickly. He measured what I needed and precast my steps. While he was doing that I was making the foundation as the previous steps had none. I called the clarifier a couple of times the different measurements and he answered promptly and correctly every time. A true pro to work with. I needed new precast concrete stairs for my back entrance. Standard responded to my request for a bid immediately and Alex was out to my house that week to give me a formal bid. He gave a clear, reasonably priced bid and did not pressure or try to upsell me. Whereas others may have tried to sell me new railings, Alex assured me mine were fine and just needed some new paint.
