I was looking for a difficult to find specific pre cast product and even though they didn’t have it they were glad to help me find another local supplier who did.
I needed new precast concrete stairs for my back entrance. Standard responded to my request for a bid immediately and Alex was out to my house that week to give me a formal bid. He gave a clear, reasonably priced bid and did not pressure or try to upsell me. Whereas others may have tried to sell me new railings, Alex assured me mine were fine and just needed some new paint.
