I am a 77-year-old woman who is trying to learn DIY stuff. I was working on installing a bidet today, but needed help with a pipe fitting. A really nice gentleman there was so helpful and very patient with me. His actions ended up helping me solve my problem! Bidet installed....I apologize that I do not have his name, but please find him and recognize him for his service excellence.

Why do they close stores 15 minutes before their schedule? It says on the door open Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm, Saturday - OFF and they are closed at 4:45pm?
Tried to purchase 2 tankless water heaters, but they didn't know anything about them. They said "we just sell them". Don't waste your time at this location.
