I’ve worked with standard for 9 years now (specifically Alissa in the Orem store) and have always had a fantastic experience. She is always on the ball and comes through when I need it. Great people and great company to work with when it comes to any plumbing supplies.
Orem standard is my go to supply house.
I bought a sprinkler controller system from the Orem location. It didn't work properly and I spent several hours on the phone with the service people of the manufacturer with no results except frustration. They said they would have someone else call me, but didn't. The next morning (today) I went by the office in Orem and told them of my problems. Justin who was listening, said "Let me go with you to your home and see if we can fix it"! We did and he was able to solve the problem in about 2 minutes! Big shout out for Justin ... read more
