I have worked with Standard for around 12 years now and can honestly say that I have zero complaints. Even when their distributors are backordered Alissa and her team have negotiated deals or came back with solutions to keep my projects moving forward. I had a very good experience here the other day. I was replacing my shower head but had a couple parts really tightly screwed together. I took it in and even though it took a lot of time and effort, they were able to get it done for me. Thank-you so much, guys, for saving me the trouble of figuring it out on my own!
