Left in tears. Zero customer service. Not interested in helping problem solve. Has happened twice with 2 different projects several months apart. Not interested in trying a third time.
I’ve worked with standard for 9 years now (specifically Alissa in the Orem store) and have always had a fantastic experience. She is always on the ball and comes through when I need it. Great people and great company to work with when it comes to any plumbing supplies.
