I've been to this store 3 times in the past week as I'm doing plumbing work. The same counter people are there and one is always eating with his food out on the counter. So today, I ask do you have a 3/8 to 1/4 brass bushing and he rolls over to the isle and proclaims, we don't carry that size, so I start looking around while he's standing there and right in front of me is the part. I tried Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Ferguson, and finally standard. Only at standard with the help of Alex who was creative and friendly, did I get exactly what I needed to install my bidet.
Selection is good. Management is responsive.
Staff is slow and not helpful.
