Dreadful customer service Wow. I didn't realize customer service could still be this bad at a store that's been in business for awhile. I walked in and stood at the counter and waited for 20 minutes (seriously) for the employees to even acknowledge that I was there (it was not a busy day - they were talking amongst themselves). Then they sold me a part that was defective - I took it home, tried it, and it fell apart immediately - it never worked at all. Best customer service I shop a few time a year at this location and have always had the best customer service. I realize that customers coming in usually don't know exactly what they need and always need assistance. I wait my turn and have been always approached by the next available employee. They have given my great tips and made our watering system easy for our yard. Thanks Sprinkler World! You have a customer for life.
HORRID Customer Service The products and prices here are no better than anywhere else, but the customer service is AWFUL! It took several phone calls and lots of getting the run-around before we got fed up and decided to go with another company.
This place is huge I wondered why the local plumbing supply shops were low on sprinkler equipment, this place is why. Great selection, prices, and service. Includes serious irrigation supplies, but also small stuff for the yard.
