My experience with the staff at the Metro PT location in Ridgewood was fantastic. I can't say that enough. They are lovely and great at what they do. Super helpful and supportive 10/10. What I will say is that my experience with the billing department at Metro PT HQ has been horrific. I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars and spent quite a bit of time and labor trying to get my refund. Every time I was actually able to get a person on the phone, they told me a different story. I’ve had to go through doctor-ordered PT a few times in my life—after surgeries, after injuries—and this clinic is by far the cleanest and most streamlined I’ve been to. The staff here is super kind and helpful, and they work together like a team.
