They won't even fix the gate its been broken since 2020, and any and everyone is welcome to come inside and steal, break in cars, and dump their trash. They have not cut the grass over here in almost 2 months, the grass taller than me im 5'1. The pool is just not an option. DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE. The pool never opens. The gym equipment is broke never been fixed after informing multiple. Grass barely gets cut. Gates aren't secured and never been. Anybody can just come and go due to gates not working. If anything ever happens over here it'll be a gate lawsuit because there's no security because gates are broke. They act like they care but really don't. THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRASHHHHHHH! Always office staff aren't stable it's always somebody new everytime you look up. Don't waste you time
very unprofessional & entitled, office employees. Why did you bump into that woman and then run and play victim? That woman was recording and that’s all, she never put her her hands on anyone in the office nor provoked anyone there. After you threatened to call the police and she said “go ahead and call them please”… you walked back into the establishment and assaulted her…… unacceptable & absolutely disgusting behavior
I wouldn’t move here I lived here 6 years when they first opened I was the first in my unit. Never had issues until mold grew after storm and manager Christina Burks came into management everything went downhill in apartments. No longer nice or safe. Gate always open. No resolution when multiple break in attempts and vehicles vandalized.
Read the reviews! Listen to the TikTok’s! Seem like majority of the apts on the side of beltway 8 is crappy! Take your coins elsewhere.
