I wouldn’t move here I lived here 6 years when they first opened I was the first in my unit. Never had issues until mold grew after storm and manager Christina Burks came into management everything went downhill in apartments. No longer nice or safe. Gate always open. No resolution when multiple break in attempts and vehicles vandalized.
Read the reviews! Listen to the TikTok’s! Seem like majority of the apts on the side of beltway 8 is crappy! Take your coins elsewhere.
Very quiet and well kept
The Management Turn around rate is very high . I would like to speak with the owner of this property regarding multiple issues with residence pets being not detain and not having there pets on the leash. There’s also have been multiple issues with resident doing complaints and nothing has been resolved.
I regret to say my experience at these apartments has been overwhelmingly negative. The gate is perpetually broken, providing no security. My car was broken into, and my girlfriend's car was stolen and found months later, abandoned. The residents frequently smoke weed throughout the property, creating an uncomfortable environment.
