Danny had been our mechanic for years and has always been well priced and affordable. We travel across Auckland just to use him.
The worst customer service ever!!!!!! They do not follow up with customers and do not care. My car wasnt starting and was parked at my place and I called someone from standard motors to come check the car and the guy said he will be here in an hour but 3 hours later no follow up and then the guy says that the mechanic won't be coming today. They could have just updated me with this information so that i could make alternate arrangements. Seriously the worst experience i have had with a car service place.
