Went in to test drive and get information on a new vehicle. Stood in the showroom for 15 minutes and not once did either sales person even greet us. Looked at us, went about talking to one another and completely ignored us. Horrid customer service. Regina it is 👌🏻

Had a check engine light come on and reduced power mode occur on my way from Winnipeg to Calgary in early January. Took my Equinox into the service department where Marty was able to get me in very quick without an appointment. Marty, the service manager and technicians were very accommodating and had my vehicle back running in just over an hour. I just had the pleasure of being stranded on the Trans Canada Highway in a heat wave with some car trouble. I was traveling from Ontario to Alberta with my 8 and 11 year old, and we found ourselves with a wrench light on the dash. I called from about 40kms out of Swift Current and the Service Advisor I spoke with calmly assured me they could scan it and let me know what was going on, so I could figure out my next steps.
