Best loan experience ever. I was turned down by two companies but David Kay got me all I wanted and more. He is a magician. So easy to work with. Just a rock star. Plus his support people Alex and Teresa are equally helpful. Just trust the process with David. He is not some burned out paper pusher who only tackles low hanging fruit. He understands your goals, fights for them and he delivers while holding you steady through the process. A pro down the line. My go to guy for the rest of my life.
David, Alex, and Teresa did an excellent job getting my Reverse Mortgage closed. I got a good loan and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond. I did mortgage loans for about 38 yrs and Reverse Mortgages for about 10 yrs and I would highly recommend Standard Lenders and David and staff to handle your Reverse Mortgage needs.
This was an amazing experience! David Kay is extremely efficient and accurate, he has a staff of people who are specialists in each of the different departments of securing a reverse mortgage. If he didn’t know the answer, he would definitely get it for you within a couple of minutes from one of his staff.
