David and Alex are.an amazing team. Standard Lending sets the Standard for sure. I’m an attorney who’s been doing reverse mortgages for decades. NONE of the lending agents I have ever known or used can compare with Standard. The Knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and totally dedicated.to the borrower. My only suggestion? Change the name to: GOLD STANDARD.LENDING, INC.!

Best loan experience ever. I was turned down by two companies but David Kay got me all I wanted and more. He is a magician. So easy to work with. Just a rock star. Plus his support people Alex and Teresa are equally helpful. Just trust the process with David. He is not some burned out paper pusher who only tackles low hanging fruit. He understands your goals, fights for them and he delivers while holding you steady through the process. A pro down the line. My go to guy for the rest of my life.
This was an amazing experience! David Kay is extremely efficient and accurate, he has a staff of people who are specialists in each of the different departments of securing a reverse mortgage. If he didn’t know the answer, he would definitely get it for you within a couple of minutes from one of his staff. We had a very complicated case and he made it simple, basically all we did was sign papers.
