David and Alex are.an amazing team. Standard Lending sets the Standard for sure. I’m an attorney who’s been doing reverse mortgages for decades. NONE of the lending agents I have ever known or used can compare with Standard. The Knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and totally dedicated.to the borrower. My only suggestion? Change the name to: GOLD STANDARD.LENDING, INC.!

Best loan experience ever. I was turned down by two companies but David Kay got me all I wanted and more. He is a magician. So easy to work with. Just a rock star. Plus his support people Alex and Teresa are equally helpful. Just trust the process with David. He is not some burned out paper pusher who only tackles low hanging fruit. He understands your goals, fights for them and he delivers while holding you steady through the process. A pro down the line. My go to guy for the rest of my life.
I was a little apprehensive about a reverse mortgage. After meeting David, my concerns were laid to rest. David and Alex made this a pain free process. They were extremely communicative through, and about , every step. They steered me through it and completed it smoothly. The Appraiser and Notary they sent out were quick and professional. Now that the process is complete, I would like to thank both David and Alex for being so great. If you are thinking of a Reverse Mortgage, I highly recommend them
