Had a big brain fart and put DEF in fuel tank and ran the truck until it died. Chanelle was amazing at looking after me with quotes and options on what to do. Would never recommend medicine hat Gary moe!!!I am 20 years old and wanted to buy a 2018 silverado ruck truck n they had the perfect one. I Had to send in 5 paystubs and last year's (notice of assessment)gave them all my information I had. They must have found a better buyer cuz they just kept asking for more and more information and at the end of the day they asked if I wanted a newer truck insted cuz the other one was sold!! Recently had my truck in for warranty work. After getting my truck back they called me and wanted it back to double check the work. Loaner truck was provided (which as a bonus had the new twin turbo Hurricane engine in it, woohoo!) and everything checked out. No scratches or anything on the truck and can’t even tell they had a bunch of engine components apart. Hard to find a dealer that will make things right, before a complaint is even made. I’ll be back!
