The service department really makes and effort. On more than on occasion they have come out to look at my truck and answer my questions. Mistakes happen — but not every business takes the time to make things right. That wasn’t the case here. We’ve never met a manager as committed to resolution and customer care as Landin. Wow. He truly went above and beyond. It was incredibly refreshing to work with someone who acknowledged what went wrong and was determined to make sure we walked away 100% satisfied. If you’re shopping for a Dodge product, Landin and his team will take care of you. Highly recommend!
Be cautious with the sales department. Make sure you take pictures of the deal they promise because they sure don't follow through. I have dealt with this Dodge Dealership when my partner bought a 2015 Dodge truck, 2016 Dodge Diesel, and a 2019 Dodge. The 2019 Dodge was a terrible experience and I had written a google review for it. They bullied me to take it down. This review is staying. Stay away from Dodge in Swift Current.
