Huge level of favoritism and the incompetence of leadership is baffling, the turnover rate here is astounding and promoting change is frowned upon and If you disagree with policy you get fired. Garbage company with the only decent person is the CEO who allows his inner circle to cripple the development.

Some amazing people, though after about some time working there; people start to ignore you and it's difficult to get work done. I was still in training and I was being ignored and I was literally standing around for hours because there was no one around to guide you. And when I did ask for help, it was never their job.
