For an insurance claim Standard ask you to send in the documentation about your injury ,itemized bill, doctors statement and medical release form. And then denies my claim because I never sent in documentation about my treatment which they never asked for. Tried to reach out to Jasmine Peterson multiple times and left messages and no return phone call which she denied my claim. Now I have to right a letter of appeal.
