Awesome insurance company
I was involved in an accident on a Friday night. This agency does NOT have 24/7 service to speak with someone. Great prices but not worth it if they are not there when you need them. I guess their prices are better because they don't have to pay someone to be on call 24/7
If I could give a zero I would. For me in any transaction but especially one where you are providing a service excellence in customer service is a must. I wasted three phone calls and about 1 hour of my life attempting to get a quote for insurance from this company. I was not impressed spoke with a person named Ricardo who I found flippant and unprofessional.
