I recently filled out the quote form on Standard Insurance Agency’s website site to inquire about homeowners and auto insurance. I noticed when the agent reached out to me, the call came from an area code of 817. The agent told me that he COULD NOT help me with any policy because of my address (Houston area). I asked why? He said he doesn’t have any carriers who are writing policies in that area and stated that not very many carriers are writing policies in that area because of the floods. WOW!! Why do we need insurance?
This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and as far as standards the lowest you can think of they do not care about there clients only to try to avoid paying out they claims
