We needed a few products for our course a while back and had our order in our hands days after calling in. Friendly and quick!
Needed some of their product in a hurry. Called their offices. The phone was answered by a person, not a recording and I was quickly served. I received my product two days later! Very satisfied, excellent customer service.
Order placed early Monday morning and didn't ship until Friday afternoon. To me that is a long time to be sitting on an order when I could have paid a little more and had it faster. Better communication regarding the time required to receive a shipment would have been nice. Wont be using this company again.
