This company used to be my go to when I needed window glass replaced. A few years ago, they replaced all my window glass. I haven't been able to get in touch with them since. Recently, I have left a half dozen messages to call me over the course of the last month. Not one return call. Not sure if they are even in business anymore but if they are, they obviously are not providing any customer service for previous work. Very disappointing. Jonathon came out and replaced our front door glass quickly and beautifully. We could not get anyone else to even try due to the age of our house. Jonathon did an amazing job! He was affordable and does great work!
For 5 years now, Jonathan has taken great care of our Pilates Studio’s mirrors. I can’t recommend him enough.
John did an excellent job on our shower glass. Looks fabulous. Will definitely use him again
26 November 2024 Update: Jonathan kept to his word and he refunded my deposit of $500 today and for that I am grateful. We had a very positive conversation and he understands that communication is very important to us, the customer. I actually like Jonathan and would consider giving him another try. 4 stars only because I did not actually have any work done by him at this time. Jonathan, thank you! Tony
