I paid a deposit over 4 weeks ago and no installation had been performed. I have spoken with Johnathan multiple times and each time was told it would only be “a couple days before installation would be completed”
Jon takes deposits and disappear with excuses upon excused. Can the authorities put a stop to this fraudulent contractor. He doesn't even have a real office. Please Texas AG we need our deposit back. I have waited two months and no install after paying half the price of shower glass $850. Jon please return my full deposit.
My experience with Johnathan at Standard Glass has been nothing but great disappointment. It started out good working to give what we wanted. A month went by without a word and not hearing from him. When we finally did it was nothing but excuses other jobs, and being overloaded. After giving Johnathan a deposit $300.00 another two months went by without a word. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. I paid a deposit of $950 on March 22, 2025. As of today June 7, 2025. I still do not have my shower doors installed. I have heard every excuse in the book, shower parts delays, other jobs taking priority, broken truck radiator, and now an ailing family member. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS on something that was supposed to take two weeks. At this point, I want my money back! I’m am done being nice or patient. I will be seeking my money back in claims court.
Honestly highly recommended he went out of his way,gave me a really good price and was a life saver.Thank you John for your character it's rare.
