Standard fit has become a place of home. A safe place of no judgement and a place where you get the confidence you want and encouragement not just from your instructor but your fellow gym members. Such a healthy place to be! I love this gym and the environment Leanne has created. Leanne helps you reach goals you didn't know you had (I can do a pull up?!), in a supportive, encouraging and fun environment. While other gyms I've gone to could be intimidating, everyone at Standard F.I.T is working towards their own health goals while encouraging all other members. Highly recommend this high quality training gym!
