Ron is the absolute worse. They repossessed my car and I was only 15-20 days late. I made my payments late but definitely in the same month they were do. They don't care about real life struggles people go through.
Very rude and disrespectful. I tried explaining to them that I paid the payment with the car lot and I payed it off. They told me that the car lot dealership had no record of me paying it off. I asked them then if I could make payment it was low payment only because I lost my job because my youngest daughter had fought cancer and my job let me go.
