I DO NOT recommend this company for services (Kenova location), as they DO NOT honor their signed agreement with the homeowner OR the new homeowner with the transferred contract. I have logged several calls to this locations office to schedule the yearly inspection and I have been told every time that a tech or office personnel would call to schedule. No one, not one person has contacted me - EVER!! Buyer beware. FYI - I only rated this a one star because I could not submit with a zero or a negative value.
