I will continue to visit this location and get the great service they provide. Original review was in April 2026, within a a very short time the issues I had were being listened to and addressed. Kudos TEAM HURRICANE!!! Me and my new car (2nd one in 40yrs) APPRECIATE you!! Thank you!!!
All and all a good place. I have had several times where after the wash I still had bug splatter on my windshield and front bumper. Not pleased about that, even mentioned it before going thru the wash. But different wash techs do things differently. Like, just swiping over the windshield or bumper doesn't get it. It needs to be SCRUBBED with the brush. I paid a year in advanced for CAT5, I shouldn't have to scrub this stuff off myself after my wash.
Clean, and real value to washing your car. Looks brand new.
Not as modern as other locations. No overhead, no machine to clean floor mats, no air to blow difficult to reach places. I'm a member but was less impressed with this location
