We had our panels installed back in October 2022. It's been now almost 3 months since our panels have not been working. While all this is happening, we have been paying high amount of bills to ***** for our electricity. We've emailed and called ******* and all they say is, please wait for a service provider to call for an appointment. We have not once gotten a call from anyone regarding coming to see our panels and to see what is wrong. This is violation of contract and something has to be done.
So grateful so have my solar installed, Daryl and his team were courteous, efficient and did wonderful work. They cleaned up very well afterwards and everything looks great. Thanks SES!
The WORST customer service. We invested in this kind of opportunity through a vendor, ****** **** who chose SES as their contractor. One of our solar panels caught on fire this past Tuesday. Luckily, our neighbor called the fire department before it could spread more. Before all of this, we were already having trouble with SES coordinating the SREC account set between the vendor. Standard Energy Solutions looks forward to responding to this review with all of the facts as related to Ms ****** commentary. At this time the situation is under review by the appropriate insurance and legal counsels and SES is unable to comment.
At the time of installation SES set up an SREC account with a broker. I don't find the information. I have made multiple calls over the past two weeks and have not received a call back. Now I wonder if they ever set up an account. If this is the customer service for something this simple then I certainly don't look forward to a warranty issue. Avoid this company.
