New review: I was contacted after this review and it seems like scammers can use this website to place orders (maybe as tests?) idk really but I appreciated the call back from this small business and has since reported the charge as fraud. Leaving the past review for reference if this happens to anyone else again to know they are not alone. Past review: Be careful they are scamming people, I reported fraud charges on my account, received a package I never ordered, and reported them to the police.
Fantastic customer service. Within 5 minutes of placing an order, they reached out letting me know about an extended wait time and gave me the option to cancel the order. I took them up on the offer. It was so refreshing to work with an honest business.
