Passing through from Ontario to BC we ran into some trouble with our Dodge Promaster 2500 van. The van started to overheat and we limped 90km to the Swift Current dealership. We arrived to the dealership at 7:45am and spoke to Khen at the service counter who was able to take us right away. By 11:30am we were on our way again. No complaints only rave reviews. James Chua handled me with all the respect and light humor I could have asked for AND I'm not an easy one to please. I arrived late in the day and although we had to pack a lot in with a small window of time I felt James had my back all the way. He even drove me to where I could plate my new used truck before the broker closed. I'll be seeing James and the Standard Dodge crew again !! Cheers!! - but don't drink n drive.
This will be a continuous review with updates. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change on warranty. They didn't tighen the oil filter. My engine knocked, the vehicle gave no indicator until it was bone dry. The incompetence of this person may result in a damage to my brand new vehicle (21,000 km). After consult with several comptent mechanics, if there has been knocking that is engine damage. To put the icing on the cake you can't take your vehicle else where to another dodge dealership for a first unbaised inspection.... read more
