Lackadaisical in regards to safety while management is both lazy and incompetent.
12 docks and only 3 trucks at those docks. I was told it would be 4:30pm before they could get me a dock. Apt was for 8am.
Ridiculously slow getting you to a door. Admittedly I was very early for my appointment but there was literally nobody in a door when I arrived. They took my phone number and said they would call me when they got a door open, again not a single truck in the door. 6 hours later they called me with a door and it took them 30 minutes to unload me. That could have easily been done hours earlier.
Checked in at 0600 for a 0630 appt, unloaded by 0645. Overnight parking is available, and there is a Kwik Star just down the road.
