NEVER EVER Ever Ever Ever sign with this bank!! I cannot stress how much you should not sign with this bank no matter how good the promotion is. Their customer service liaison will cheat and lie to you. Personally experienced this multiple times when they denied providing me my cashback for sign up. I have called and confirmed that I will be getting my cashback soon. But when the time came, they made excuses and lied about the calls I made. They're terrible indeed. I have an account with them in Pakistan and I was disappointed with the service. I filed a complaint and got a response in a couple of months time stating that your complaint has been resolved. I thought to explore them in Sydney (where I live) and see if I could get any help from them. Before contacting them, just had a look at the reviews and decided not to contact them.
Worst phone customer services!!!
Terrible experience with this company. The investment manager Cameron Paterson showed no empathy for my concerns towards scammers. Seemed to only be interested in securing my money, his own importance and commission.
