After searching for a transmission for a Ram ProMaster throughout the maritimes with no luck, one was located here, purchased, and has been installed. Since this transmission was installed it has not worked properly. After speaking with Amy in customer service, I was advised that in order to receive a refund for the fault transmission I was sold, I would have to have it removed and shipped back to them, at my expense. It great there very organized they communicate sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes if you go early around the time they open but other then that they're great
Sold defective part then charged 25% handling fee for there mistake. Avoid this place there are other honest wreckers out there who are honest and transparent avoid this company!!!
