Asked if it was possible to do a refund cause they sent me the wrong item and they agreed. Over a month later and still no refund. Horrible. Don’t recommend at all
I am RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS. DO NOT PURCHASE parts from Standard Auto Wreckers. I have been promised 4x a refund for over 1 month now, for a very bad part they delivered. The part was badly RUSTED OUT and not in working order which they were supposed to inspect before delivery. BUYER BEWARE. I WISH I COULD RATE LESS THAN ONE STAR. I had travel 1 hour to Port Hope/Cobourg and still no refund because they block you at the front door from seeing the manager responsible. STANDARD AUTO WRECKERS - LACK INTEGRITY - BUYER BEWARE Beware of False Promises on Refunds. Agreed to a refund for a rear full rear Slip Differential. Received an email from the manager on Jan 23rd, 2026, saying the owner would process it that day or the next. It's now January 29th, 2026, and nothing. No refund, no further emails, nothing. They will tell you what you want to hear to end the conversation, but will not take action. I would not recommend them, unless you are prepared to lose your money if something goes wrong.
