Unwilling to communicate and actually blocked me for no reason after I had asked a simple question
DO NOT BUY I have previously left a 5 star review as at that time I had no issues dealing with them. I own an automotive shop and Standard has been one of my main suppliers. However the quality of parts and the service has drastically declined! I recently purchased an engine and installed it in a customers vehicle only to find out it had internal damage. Wasted a trip, they said they had a part in stock for my vehicle and when I drove there it was the wrong part.
Been waiting 4 months for them to pick up a mother i bought and that they said was good and then need machining so they said they pick it up and give me a refund for it and I've been calling everywhere asking for my refund and they still haven't picked the motor up for the dealership where I was getting my vehicle fixed and now it's been 4 months and the motors still sitting at the dealer and I still haven't gotten the refund
