Lack of transparency and neglectful practices. Proceed with extreme caution. I purchased a 2015 VW Jetta from Standard Auto of Tampa on May 15th. I was told the vehicle had been fully serviced and was ready to drive. What I especially appreciate about Ray is his honesty and openness about the vehicle I purchased from him. He is very knowledgeable and is not the pushy kinda salesman that you typically run across. He makes sure you have your space to inspect the vehicle but is also ready and willing to help answer any questions you have. Loved my experience there and would highly recommend!
