What an amazing experience and I never thought I would say that after buying a car. Ray went completely out of his way to make sure we got the exact car at the right price. My mom has been wanting this car her entire life 60 years later Ray made it happen I couldn't have been more excited to work with you guys and I can't wait to do it again! If you're looking for a used car go here talk to them tell them what you need and let them get you figured out because they will!
What I especially appreciate about Ray is his honesty and openness about the vehicle I purchased from him. He is very knowledgeable and is not the pushy kinda salesman that you typically run across. He makes sure you have your space to inspect the vehicle but is also ready and willing to help answer any questions you have. Loved my experience there and would highly recommend!
Excellent place, I highly recommend! I bought a 2017 Toyota. The owner, Ray, was friendly, easy to work with & went out of his way to accommodate my crazy schedule. He checks each car mechanically befoe selling it. Mine was in great condition. I thank him tremendously for my new wheels!
Lack of transparency and neglectful practices. Proceed with extreme caution. I purchased a 2015 VW Jetta from Standard Auto of Tampa on May 15th. I was told the vehicle had been fully serviced and was ready to drive. I am a 67 year old veteran and I was lied to by Ray. I was told that there was an extended warranty but when claims were submitted everything was denied. I bought the car 2 weeks ago and there's more wrong than right. Ray told me that they were going to put 2 new tires on it and they were dry rotted. When I picked the vehicle up the fuel tank was empty. I moved to Florida on fixed income and places with no ethics should be put out of business. Now Ray is screening my calls.
