Poor service from the manager
Horrible customer service. She started the conversation off with attitude and ignorance. To add to the scope of being petty they locked my keys in my car before it was towed back. Wonderful service LMAO Love when my insurance company agrees that the behaviour of the shop was uncalled for. Let’s not talk about the actions of the people who work there all that ever matters is the customers attitude never the employee. Tow truck company also agreed that this place has horrible service.
