Original Review: We only lived at the Standard for a short time for transitional housing, so I don’t have the insight of a long-term resident. However, I can say that Neli made our short time at the Standard an excellent experience. Neli always had a positive attitude and was consistently very professional. Benny with the maintenace team rates high marks. I recently submitted a work order for pest control due to wasps gathering near my front doorway. I was concerned for my dog’s safety whenever she went outside. Benny responded promptly and immediately put in the request for pest control, assuring me that both the wasp nest and the numerous spider nests around the door would be addressed. I lived in 5 different rental communities in 5 years and The Standard at Legacy is the best by a long shot!! One of the best things about the community is the staff. You will be hard pressed to find friendlier staff somewhere else. If you check them out, ask for Nelly. You won’t be disappointed.
